Ans: This Facility is available to both - Existing as well as New Investor.
What are the charges for online transactions?
Ans: There are no charges for online transactions. This facility is offered free of costs.
Are there any document / agreement required to Transact Online?
Ans: No documents are required to transact online, however the investor is required to accept the terms and conditions while transacting. The investor is also required to read the SID/SAI before investing.
Do I need to be KYC compliant in order to Transact Online?
Ans: Yes, with effect from 1st Jan 2011, KYC is mandatory for all class of investors irrespective of the amount.

How do I transact online?
Ans: Follow simple steps to transact online:

Click on Transact Online
If you are First Time Investor
- Click on option "New investor"
- As a new investor, you can do a purchase transaction without logging in.
- After completing your transaction, a pre-filled application form shall be sent to your registered email id.
- Please print the application form, sign it and send it along with required documents to:

- Login with User id and password
- In order to create user id and password, you will have to first generate the PIN
Please note PIN shall be sent to email id and mobile number registered against the folio number to all the unit holders.
How is the Pin generated?
Ans: First you need to click on Transact Online under www.indiabullsmf.com. On Transact online page kindly click on Online Pin Generation option. Kindly fill in the details as instructed on the page and submit. A link will be sent to your registered email Id and on clicking of same the SMS containing PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Note: - Please note that PIN shall be sent only if Email ID and mobile number are registered against the Folio number.
What shall I do if I forget the password?
Ans: In case you forget your password you need to click on forgot password option and answer secret questions, once details are entered correctly you will be allowed to create new password.
What shall I do if I forget transaction PIN?
Ans: You need to click on option Online Pin Generation under Transact Online and fresh PIN shall be sent to your registered email address and mobile number.
Note :- Please note that PIN shall be sent only if EMail ID and mobile number are registered against the Folio no.
Can I invest from a different bank a/c other than the bank a/c registered with the fund for redemption?
Ans: All new or additional purchases made online, the payment has to be necessarily made from the Bank Account which you have mentioned in the Indiabulls Mutual Fund (IBMF) application form/ folio (Registered Bank Account). For ease of investors an additional facility is being offered whereby individuals can register upto 5 bank accounts with IBMF.
What are the bankers available for Online Purchase?

I tried an Online Transaction but received an error at the Bank Payment Gateway. What do I have to do next?
Ans: If the payment through the Bank Payment Gateway for the purchase is successful then you will be redirected to our website - www.indiabullsmf.com. In case your payment has failed or you are not redirected to www.indiabullsmf.com, it may mean that your transaction has not gone through completely due to any one of the following three reasons:
1. Your redirection to the Bank Payment would have failed or timed out. In such case then you will have to enter your details all over again.
2. The amount is Debited from your account. In such case, we request you to wait for 2-3 working days for us to check with the bank and ascertain the credit of amount in our account, we will then credit the units to you, once we receive confirmation from the bank.
3. The amount is Debited from your account but the credit is not received by us. In such case, we Request you to wait for 3-4 working days, the bank will then credit that amount back into your bank Account.
How will I receive redemption proceeds?
Ans: After successful processing of your redemption transaction, the redemption proceeds will be paid out to your registered bank account as per payout mode updated in the folio
Can I have single user id / password for all my folios?
Ans: User Id is created at folio level. In order to operate all the folios with a single user id, you will have to link the folios to the desired user ID.
How can I link my folios under same user id / password
Ans: After logging in you can link all your folios under 'Link folio' option
What are the applicable transaction charges for the Existing & New Investors?
Ans: As per SEBI circular dated August 22, 2011, for investments from existing investors the applicable fee per subscription would be 100/- & from new investors it would be 150/- for investments above 10000
- No transaction charges would be applicable on subscription below 10,000/- & on direct investments.
- Transaction charge for SIP shall be applicable only if the total commitment through SIP amounts to 10,000/ and above. In such cases the transaction charge would be recovered in maximum 3/4 successful instalments.
